03 / CONFIRM YOUR SEARCH

One requirement. One clear scope.

We will screen our professional capital-provider research against the location, property type, capital type and amount you provide above. After approval and payment, you confirm the detailed funding brief. We then review fit and deliver a reviewed investor list into your private workspace. Funding, introductions and a minimum number of matches are not guaranteed.

We aim to review your order within two working days. The first reviewed list is targeted within two working days after your detailed brief is confirmed. If we need to change the scope, we will contact you before collecting payment.

Include existing relationships or firms you do not want in this search. These exclusions carry forward into your detailed brief.

£650 · one-off
Your bank may show a pending hold for the final checkout amount. We collect it only after approving this requirement. If we decline, we cancel the hold; your bank controls when it disappears. If the authorisation expires, you may need to authorise again.
